What We Do
We run a call-matching service, not a plumbing firm. When you ring or send a form, we take down what's happening and where, then put you in touch with an independent local plumbing company from our partner network who can reach your address and suits the job. We do not send our own engineers and do not carry out plumbing work ourselves.
The Partner Company
The plumbing company that takes on your job is independently owned and run — it has no ownership link to Emergency Plumber Ashford. Your contract for the plumbing work is with that company, not with us. The partner gives its own written quote, carries out the job, and invoices and takes payment from you directly. Any guarantee on the work is theirs alone, on whatever terms they offer.
Payments
